Property Maintenance
Emergency Response | Avoid confusion, Holistica mediates all tenant requests first hand and informs the owner for approval. The team is on call 24/7 and ready to serve.

Financial Management
Paperwork & Implementation | A Standard practice for renting or leasing a private home, Holistica does and completes the necessary paperwork and includes a Zero Tolerance Agreement for late payments (with penalties) and collects the rent each month.
The Management Fee is calculated as a percent of rent and is deducted from the monthly rent together with all relevant maintenance costs covered by Holistica. The remaining funds are deposited directly to the homeowners account with a report for overview
